Family Issues

Adam walks into a household which smells of cooked meat. He sniffs the air and grows hunger pangs, and he walks inside in order to see the family sitting around the dinner table with forks lodged inside their mouths. He scowls at the company, and places a hand on his hip.

“What about me?” he questions as he looks at the crowd in order to scan out their full mouths.

“Well you didn't arrive on time.” answers his wife Wendy who has potato stuffed inside her mouth. “There's more in the kitchen - grab a plate, and sit down.” she utters as she puts more pumpkin on her plate. “We're still here.”

“Well I want to shower!” announces Adam with a mind that is full of heat.

“Carla's in the shower getting ready for a date.” Wendy announces as she puts more food inside her mouth.

“Well I'll have to kick her out!” scoffs Adam with eyes narrow and mean.

Adam goes to the bedroom and throws his suitcase into a corner. He runs infuriated fingers through his hair, and then rages his feet towards the bathroom. He knocks on it with a fist, and it fails to open.

“Carla get out! I want to shower!” he yells out as his temper bites his mind.
